Inspection takes 60–90 minutes on site, covering 200+ points across 9 rated sections plus a test drive. The report is emailed about 30 minutes after the inspector finishes, with every fault priced, a market valuation and a JPI Sentinel™ odometer check.
If we miss a significant mechanical, safety or structural fault that was present at the inspection, we refund your inspection fee and pay up to $3,000 towards the repair, paid directly to the repairer. The car must be bought within 48 hours of the inspection, the claim raised within 14 days of the report, and the repair must cost more than $1,000, confirmed in writing by a licensed mechanic. Wear items, intermittent faults and anything needing disassembly or a hoist are excluded. Full terms are in clause 8.4 of our Terms and Conditions.
